Sally Al Shafey is a passionate seasoned Learning & Development Consultant and Executive Coach with an extensive background and rich blend of more than 18 years of practical hands-on experience within diverse arenas and people from diverse cultures and backgrounds in leading multi-national, local and government organizations. Sally’s strength is demonstrated in her strategic approach, business and people orientation, her dynamic business driven style and confidence in presenting and engaging with all business stakeholders. Over the course of her career, Sally has gained extensive experience in Training, Performance Management, Talent Management, Leadership Development and Executive Coaching across a range of industry sectors.  She drove organizational L&D goals and managed multiple L&D teams; Planned, designed, delivered and facilitated a variety of training programs on soft skills while working with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds.
