Jeanine’s areas of interest are Leadership Development, Competency Assessment, Development Centres for High Potentials, Teambuilding, Executive Coaching, Career Coaching, Expat Coaching and Personal Development programmes.
In addition to her work with executives, she serves as Guest Lecturer on HR, Intergenerational and multicultural issues at several business schools.
Professional Experience
Thanks to her early multicultural experience and international background, Jeanine started her career at Air France where she held marketing, sales and operational line management positions for 12 years, managing up to 500 staff. This extensive people management experience, combined with her passion for coaching others, encouraged her to become, for the past 25 years, an HR Consultant working with international HR consulting firms. An expert in multicultural contexts who has lived in France, Hungary, UK and Dubai, she has run programmes in French and English for Blue Chip organisations such as Accor Hotels, Alstom, AXA, Barclays, BNP, Bouygues Telecom, Citigroup, Heidrick & Struggles, Hewlett Packard, Marks & Spencer, Mars Corporation, Sanofi, Shell, Société Générale, and Veolia.
