Quentin Colborn

Quentin’s main areas of input include advising on employment law and employment relations as well as coaching business owners in managing staff issues effectively.  

He also contributes to the assessment of talent within organisations.  

Having used psychometric tools for 40 years, he is especially adept at providing insightful assessment feedback, enabling participants to have a greater insight into their own personality.   

Professional Experience

Quentin’s experience within HR encompasses working both as an employee and as an external consultant working with major brands, such as the RAC, as well as a variety of employers across a wide range of industry sectors. His responsibilities have included operating a HR Director and Head of Employment Relations.  For the last 20 years, Quentin has worked in a variety of sectors including insurance, healthcare, accounting, manufacturing and professional services in addition to UK Parliamentary bodies.
