Dalila Hussein
Dalila has extensive experience in Human Resources in the Middle East.
As a consultant, she has developed and implemented Assessment and Development Centres in Arabic and English, HR Policies, Performance Management systems and Behavioural Competencies Dictionaries.
Dalila has provided career planning, coaching and organisational change assistance to a diverse client base including the aviation, commerce and finance sectors, in addition to health and hospitality.
An experienced trainer, Dalila brings that additional skill to expertly identify the training and development needs of the candidates and develop strategies to address these.
Professional Experience
Dalila has over 10 years of HR experience. She started her career working for an Australian HR Consultancy with focus on Assessment Centres. She later worked as an HR Manager for a Dubai based company and is currently a Senior HR Consultant working with clients across the Middle East region.
Qualifications and Accreditations
Dalila received her Master’s in Strategic Human Resources Management from the University of Wollongong. A Certified Assessor and Assessment Centre Manager, she is also certified to administer psychometric assessments and give feedback to candidates.

Dalila has recently conducted assessments for the appointment of diplomats and ambassadors. In addition, she managed an Assessment Centre for the promotion of airport staff within the Middle East region.
