Ksenija Prekovic

Ksenija is a motivated and dynamic multi tasker and lateral thinker with proven client management strengths which include the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines; problem anticipation and solution; excellent communication skills; and the capability to interact effectively at the most senior levels. 

Key project management strengths include excellent organisational and prioritisation skills; high attention to detail; and a frequently demonstrated ability to manage and lead teams. 

In her leisure time, she is Volunteer Founder and Organiser of Dubai Skolica, a Dubai based initiative for educating Serbian expat children about Serbian heritage, literature and beauty of the Serbian language.

Professional Experience 

Ksenija is a Consultant and Project Manager who brings to the team 10 years’ client-facing experience in addition to fifteen years of senior administration management.  As a qualified Assessor and Assessment/Development Centre Facilitator/Manager/Administrator, she has extensive experience of designing, administering and managing Assessment and Development Centres; conducting competency based interviews; undertaking exercise observation; preparation of Assessment Reports; and administering psychometric tools.  She is also accustomed to managing large one off projects (overseeing consultants, candidates, venues and budgets) as well as longstanding accounts (overseeing dates, resources, consultants, venues and flights).

Qualifications and Accreditations

Ksenija received her Bachelor of Business Administration (Management) and Master of Business Administration (International Business) from IFAM Business School, Paris, France.   She has benefitted from British Psychological Society Assessor Skills and Centre Manager training.  In addition, she is British Psychological Society trained in psychometric testing (occupational, ability and personality) and Register of Qualifications in Test Use (RQTU) accredited.

Examples of Recent Assignments 

She has managed large HR development/assessment projects for Dubai Airports, Tecom (Dubai Holding), Muscat Bank and ATIC (Mubadala).  In addition, she has facilitated Assessment and Development Centres with a number of Middle Eastern clients including: Dubai Airports, MOFA, Nestle, UAE Prime Minister Office, Tecom (Dubai Holding), Rotana Hotels, AstraZeneca, Qtel, Qatar Steel, Mubadala, ADCO, Borouge, and Ooredoo.

Notable achievements have been:-

  • Management of a 1m AED project encompassing the assessment of 750 candidates.
  • Singlehanded coordination of Assessment Centres for 48 participants per day.
  • Delivery of psychometric test feedback to high-level executives.
  • Management of customised talent development programme aimed at female Emirati managers.
