Her in-depth experience spans across private sector and government including Orange Communications, Virgin Media, Ministry of Defence, Blackberry, The Home Office, The Body Shop, Al Tayer Group, Arcadia Group, HKA Global, Dubai World Trade Centre, Dubai Airports, Delta Partners, Philip Morris, and Dubai Future Foundation (Prime Minister’s office).
Professional Experience
Sophina was the Managing Director for 10Eighty Middle East. She has previously consulted on a variety of human capital projects delivering business transformation, executive coaching, leadership development programmes, on-boarding and employee engagement initiatives. She has designed and set up training departments from scratch including online LMS’s. Having worked as an independent consultant she has been exposed to complex problems and thrived in providing simple yet effective resolutions to clients. Working in the Middle East has helped her develop the ability to be flexible yet practical in meeting client requirements. This has resulted in repeat and referred business. Sophina understands the balance in applying the right mix of values in the region whilst remaining ethical and professional.
