Consultancy Project Work

We are able to offer clients the benefit of professional and independent consultancy support within the broad areas of business psychology and HR management.  Recent projects of this nature have included creation of job descriptions and person specifications; conduct of training needs analyses; leading organisational culture change; and undertaking operational reviews of HR functions. In addition, we have supported clients in tackling a range of critical people related problems including high employee attrition; individual performance issues; resistance to change; and interdepartmental conflict.

Competency Frameworks

A particular type of consultancy project work worthy of specific mention is the development of competency frameworks.  These are sets of observable and measurable behaviours which are essential for effective performance within the organisation.  Generally, the framework will consist of a number of competencies which can be generically applied to a broad number of organisational roles.  Each of these competencies is defined in a way that makes them relevant to the company, providing a common understanding of what excellent job behaviour looks like.

Interim HR Assignments

On those occasions when organisations have temporary requirements to enhance the resources of their HR functions, we are able to provide interim support delivered by HR professionals with qualifications, skills and experience matching the specific needs for interim support.
