Mariam is a widely experienced HR Consultant, Facilitator and Assessor, with over 20 years of experience in HR and Learning & Development management. 

She has a hand-on experience in Strategic HR Management, Organization Development & Structure, Policies & Procedures development, Recruitment & Selection, Job design, HR budgeting & planning, HR Administration, Compensation & benefits, and employee relations.  

As a Facilitator, she focuses on managing and developing Human Resources team abilities and driving employee engagement through successful HR practices on both operational and strategic levels Mariam also has as a good experience in digital learning design and delivery.

Professional Experience

For the past two years, Mariam has been a CIPD instructor for Associate and Chartered Member levels in both HR and L&D, helping participants from several industries apply HR best practices in the workplace. Consultancy projects she has worked on include HR and L&D Audits; Job Analysis and Design; Performance Management systems design and implementation; HR and L&D SOP’s; and Policies Manual development and Implementation.  Mariam has wide experience of developing leaders through a variety of assessment and development tools. She has assessed a large number of senior and junior managers in a variety of industries, as well as managing assessment centres. Her client’s portfolio includes a wide range of sectors in UAE, Oman and KSA such as Oil & Gas, Health Sector, Government Sector, Aviation, Telecommunication, Finance, and Hospitality.
